Welcome to our transfer service! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our transfer services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Reservations must be made in advance through our website, app, or authorized booking partners.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payment systems.
2.4. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time or no-shows are non-refundable.
3.3. If we cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative transfer will be offered.
4. Transfer Services
4.1. The service includes pick-up and drop-off at designated locations as specified during the booking process.
4.2. Passengers must arrive at the pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
4.3. Waiting times are limited to 15 minutes for standard transfers. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
4.4. Luggage allowances are limited to one standard suitcase and one carry-on per passenger unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
5. Passenger Conduct
5.1. Passengers are required to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
5.2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5.3. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the transfer.
5.4. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers are intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a safety risk.
6. Delays and Disruptions
6.1. While we strive for punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
6.2. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
6.3. In the event of significant delays, alternative arrangements may be provided at our discretion.
7. Special Requests
7.1. Requests for child seats, wheelchair accessibility, or additional luggage must be made at the time of booking.
7.2. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee availability.
8. Liability
8.1. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers must ensure all belongings are removed at the end of the journey.
8.2. Our liability is limited to providing the service as described. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or other connections due to delays outside our control.
9. Insurance
All our vehicles are insured as required by law. Passengers are advised to have personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
10. Amendments to Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2. Updated terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
